Ambit and Zarna go through some Equine Positional Release (EPR) exercises to relax the shoulder, front leg and lower neck. EPR is a gentle, pain free form of structural adjustment for use with horses. It is adapted from Ortho-Bionomy a non-force adjustment techniques based on the ability of the body to self-adjust and self-correct.
