Piccolo takes on probably one of the creepiest videogame characters I've seen, Kusaregedo by H with JJ's AI Patch. He's a huge fighter and he is incredibly slow but also incredibly strong. Best strategy is to avoid a too close contact with him, because if you get close to him, he'll unleash a very powerful throw on you. You should avoid being close to him especially when you are at low health, because that's when he does his finishing strike which is sure to knock you out.
