Sadly, there is no "silver bullet" regarding successful weight-loss or gain. There is, however, indisputable fact that is fantastic news to any one who has ever struggled with maintaining a healthy, desirable body weight. The formula for long-term success and satisfaction has remained consistent and almost invariably accurate (barring any significant pre-existing medical condition that may hinder results). We can all be encouraged that if we adhere to a few basic, tried and tested principles, that our desired results are undoubtedly attainable.
