This is a solo run done in Wild ARMS 4. As the name implies, a solo run is one where you run through it with only one character. However, Wild ARMS 4 revives all your dead allies after battle and there's no way to remove them from the party permanently. As such, in the design process, Talaysen and I set up the rules as follows: - Characters other than the solo character can only Guard or Move. They are not allowed to take any other action. - Characters other than the solo character must be level 10 or under. To do this, you need to Monopoly Gourd. So in exchange for faster level up gains, you sacrifice one accessory slot and three characters. -Characters other than the solo character must use their initial equipment. No Alter Parts may be used for Jude's ARM. - No items that can be only gotten through New Game+ carry overs can be used. This last rule is to ensure you don't go into battles with Sheriff Stars equipped at the beginning of the game. It is not meant to be a "hard" rule. But you should try to follow what is reasonable for where you are in the game. To do a solo game, it has to be done in a new game+. It is the only way to have access to the Monopoly Gourd in the beginning. Using this, we keep other characters' levels in check (read: low!). Okay, this fight is MUCH trickier. Arnaud's lack of multi target abilities really hurt and without Raquel's Red Zone loop, mounting up an offense also requires you to keep your defense in check. With 12 of them, they can rack up damage easily. A large element of luck is present in this fight. You can do it at a later time, which should give you a greater chance as you can reduce the damage dealt from Hi Blast. Graviton is a non issue since it can't kill, so if you can force Hi Blast down to doing negligble damage, you more or less win. Fighting it this way, your set up is very specific. Thief Badge so you can grab an occassional double turn, Priest Badge to give yourself a defensive edge and the Chick Badge from Biber Zher to reduce the most deadly attack in the fight: Elemental Hi Blasts. Bring lots of Mega Berries since you can be stuck here stalling for time. When the fight starts, your absolute first goal should be to capture the Fire HEX. Since you don't have Replace, you'll have to rely on Isolate. Then you have to hope that none of the books move into the Fire HEX. Once that's done, you should have enough FP to Jump to it. The hardest part of this fight is done. Now all you have to do is maintain your health in good shape (around 80% of MHP or higher is good) and use the openings you get with your natural double or from luck to slowly reduce the fight down to managable size. Once its down to 4-5, the fight gets much easier, although you still need to maintain your guard up. 3:28 - 3:38 is miracle survival moment of the day. 10 HP, whoo! Set up: Level 75 Weapon: Aglaia Armor: Phantom Garb Badges: Chick Badge, Priest Badge, Thief Badge
