Look, This is pretty much self explanatory. If there's a place called NOOBSHIRE, it's PROBABLY for newbies. In conclusion, this place hast easy quests. So easy, you don't even have to fight ANYONE. The Orcs only have like 300 health! Common! This place has bundles of easy exp to give away!
