Push-up is a basic training for greater pectoral muscle.This exercise doesn't need any equipment,so you can do this anytime and anywhere. I usually do it in my house. Caution:Too much push-up exercise make your greater pectoral muscle bigger.So,if you want to be slim,push-ups 10 times a day is best for you. Let's keep a slim body.
